(A) If more than one (1) person owns or controls a particular parcel of property, then all such persons are jointly and severally liable for every civil violation of this chapter existing with respect to that parcel.

(B) In a criminal prosecution for violations of this chapter, it shall not be a defense that another person is also guilty of a criminal violation or responsible for a civil violation of this chapter. (Ord. No. 2019-01, §§ 1, 2, 1-2-19. 1976 Code § 9-4-11)
