If any part of the zoning ordinance of the City of Show Low is found to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court, such action shall not apply to the title as a whole, but only to that specific part, and it is intended and declared that all parts of said zoning ordinance of the City of Show Low not expressly declared to be invalid or unconstitutional shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding so much thereof as may be declared to be invalid or unconstitutional.
