It is hereby declared to be unlawful to construct, erect, install, alter, change, demolish, maintain, or use any house, building, structure, or fence or to use any lot or parcel contrary to, or in violation of, any provision of this title. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable as provided in Section 1.25.010(A). In addition, the provisions of this title may be enforced through any procedure or remedy provided by law including injunctive relief as provided by state statute. (Ord.
