The final decision of the building official may be appealed to the board of adjustment in the same manner as provided for appeals of the zoning administrator in Section 19.10.050(B). Appeals to the board of adjustment shall be a necessary administrative procedure and condition precedent to the filing of any legal action regarding any decision of the building official. (Ord.
