Whenever the terms “board of appeals,” “adjustment board” or “board” are used in the International Building Codes, they shall mean the board of adjustment as created and the duties of which are described in this title. (Ord. No. 2008-15, 12-16-08; Ord. No. 2008-15, 5-19-09. 1976 Code § 7-1-5)
