12.10.330 Determination of special sanitary sewer line fees.
The special sanitary sewer line fee for each special sanitary sewer line shall be determined and established by resolution of the city council based on the council’s determination as to the most equitable means of sharing cost for said line among those to receive benefit from it. In determining such equitable means, the council may utilize one (1) of the following criteria:
(A) Per front foot of property fronting the line.
(B) Per square foot of property fronting on the line potentially being served by the line.
(C) Per connection to the line.
(D) Quantity of sewage deposited into the line.
(E) Benefit to the property to be served by the line.
(F) A combination of any two (2) or more of the foregoing criteria. (Ord. No. 204, § 6, 7-25-84. 1976 Code § 11-6-6)
