It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to connect to any sewer line or to connect to any special sanitary sewer line without a permit therefor having been first obtained from the city building official or city engineer. (Ord. No. 204, § 4, 7-25-84. 1976 Code § 11-6-4)
