No person shall maliciously, willfully or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance, or equipment which is a part of the municipal sewage works. (Ord. No. 2008-09, § 5, 8-19-08. 1976 Code § 11-2-9)
