No new, enlarged or reduced meter shall be installed for any premises until an application on a form provided by the city shall be submitted and signed by the owner or his designee on his behalf.

The application shall be accompanied by a fee set by resolution of the common council from time to time with reference to this section. Said resolution may set a different fee based upon size of the meter installed and may set a different fee for services outside the city limits. (Ord. No. 211, § 1, 11-28-84. 1976 Code § 14-2-5)
