For violation of any of the provisions relating to application for service, the city shall, in accordance with Section 12.05.110, at the expiration of ten (10) days after mailing written notice to the last known address of the consumer, at its option, remove the meter and discontinue service. Where the meter is thereafter reinstalled, the consumer shall first pay to the city a reinstallation charge in such sum as the council shall establish by resolution. (Ord.
