Individual parking space: A portion of the paved surface of a street of sufficient length and depth from the sidewalk curb to accommodate a vehicle to be parked as specified and marked off by the city.

Parking: The standing of a vehicle upon a street whether such vehicle be occupied or not, for a period of time in excess of two (2) minutes.

Vehicle: Any device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported upon a public highway, except a device used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks or propelled exclusively by human power. (Ord. No. 2014-08, § 1, 11-18-14. 1976 Code § 13-3-1)
