It is unlawful anywhere within the city to sound any horn or signal device on any automobile, motorcycle, bus, or other vehicle while not in motion, except as a danger signal. (Ord. No. 2005-24, §§ 1, 2, 9-6-05. 1976 Code § 10-1-3)
