At any reasonable time, property may be inspected as follows:

(A) From outside the boundaries of a property, every portion of the property which is within plain view from adjacent properties or rights-of-way;

(B) Any portion of a property with the consent of a person who owns or controls the property, in which case proper credentials and identification will be provided by the city employee;

(C) In the event entry is denied then by a search warrant or other court order, unless a public safety emergency justifies warrantless entry. (Ord. No. 2019-01, §§ 1, 2, 1-2-19; Ord. No. 2020-06, § 1, 12-1-20. 1976 Code § 9-4-5)
