Legal nonconforming uses may continue in this district in the form in which they exist at the time of the adoption of the ordinance codified in this chapter. Any change of title or right to possession shall not affect such continuation of an existing use. Whenever a nonconforming use has been abandoned for a period of one (1) year, such use shall not thereafter be re-established and any future use shall only be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. In the event such nonconforming use shall pose a direct hazard to the public water supply, the City of Show Low may take any action permitted by law to abate the hazard. (Ord. No. 484, 2-6-01; Ord.
