Any proposed construction or land disturbance activity on land within any Water Resource Protection Area District shall be in compliance with the uses allowed in Sections 19.90.060 and 19.90.070. Any such proposal shall be reviewed by the planning and zoning department, in conjunction with other agencies determined appropriate by the planning and zoning department, for compliance with all requirements of this chapter and all other applicable codes and ordinances of the city.
