This district is intended to promote and preserve medium density single-family residential development consisting of conventional construction conforming to the International Building Code standards as made part of the Show Low City Code. Regulations and property standards are designed to protect the single-family residential character of the district and to prohibit manufactured homes and incompatible activities.
