Appeals to the board of adjustment may be made by any aggrieved person or by any officer, department, or board of the city affected by any decision or interpretation made by the director while administering this title. A variance from the terms of this title may be requested by any person, or their authorized agent, having an interest in the real property affected by the request. (Ord.
