The term “International Building Codes” as used herein shall mean the codes referred to in Section 18.05.040. The terms used in this chapter shall be defined as provided in the codes adopted in this title, except as herein otherwise provided. Whenever the terms “other code” or “other codes” are used in the International Building Codes, they shall mean other code or codes adopted by either the City of Show Low or the state of Arizona. If there is a conflict between such other code or codes and this chapter, the more restrictive shall prevail.
