It shall be the duty of the city zoning administrator to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed herein. Applications for permits and variances shall be made to the city planning and zoning department upon the city’s form. Applications required by this chapter to be submitted to the city planning and zoning department shall be promptly considered and granted or denied by the zoning administrator. Application for action by the board of adjustment shall be forthwith transmitted by the zoning administrator. (Ord. No. 123, § 1, 6-11-80. 1976 Code § 16-2-8)
