(A) A developer causing an extension of sewer mains shall pay in full for the rights-of-way, the construction and installation of the lines, pipes and mains, and all other features for the extension.

(B) When a property is determined to have public sewer availability, the property owner is required to extend the public sewer along the parcel frontage for a distance of thirty (30) feet. The property owner shall also convey any required easements to the city including those necessary for future main line extensions. The extension will be triggered by a required connection to the sewer. It may be determined that the sewer extension is limited by existing conditions such as grade or alignment. In such cases, the public works director shall determine the extent of the line extension. (Ord. No. 2019-02, § 1, 2-5-19. 1976 Code § 11-4-1)
