12.10.170 Authority of city.

The admission into the public sewers of any waters or wastes having any of the following characteristics shall be subject to the review and approval of the city:
(A) A five (5) day biochemical oxygen demand greater than three hundred (300) parts per million by weight.
(B) Containing more than three hundred fifty (350) parts per million by weight of suspended solids.
(C) Draining of any in-ground pool requires advance notification to the Show Low public works department. (Ord. No. 2019-02, § 1, 2-5-19. 1976 Code § 11-3-3)
