The common council of the City of Show Low may, from time to time, establish and set, by resolution, the amount of charges for all cemetery lots and services provided by the City of Show Low or for use of cemetery property or facilities. (Ord. No. 248, § 1, 3-4-86. 1976 Code § 22-2-1)
