9.20.010 Definitions.

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
Motor vehicle: An automobile, truck, motorcycle, recreational vehicle, boat, trailer, or heavy construction or farm vehicle.
Person: Any individual, proprietor, employee, agent, company, organization, association, joint venture, partnership, business trust or corporation. (Ord. No. 380, 12-6-94. 1976 Code § 4-4-1)
