It is unlawful for any person to erect or maintain within the city any electric fence except dry-cell powered. Any other such fence is hereby declared a public nuisance and subject to abatement by order of the magistrate court. (Ord. No. 2005-24, §§ 1, 2, 9-6-05. 1976 Code § 10-1-9)
