Any person to whom an open burning permit is issued must comply with the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of the burning permit. Any person in violation of this chapter or the burning permit issued to them shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable as set forth in Section 1.25.010(A). Any person sustaining a third violation of this chapter or the burning permit issued to them shall be guilty of a class one misdemeanor and upon conviction therefor shall be punished as provided in Section 1.25.010(B).
