An application for a conditional use permit shall be submitted to the planning and zoning director at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the public meeting. The recommendation shall be submitted to the planning and zoning commission prior to the scheduled public meeting. The recommendation shall set forth whether the conditional use permit should be granted, granted with conditions, denied, or set for a public hearing. (Ord. No. 473, §§ 1 – 4, 6-6-00; Ord.
