(A) Generally, a public utility easement (PUE) shall be sixteen (16) feet in width. In cases of steep (greater than a six (6) percent slope) or unusual topography, the PUE shall be increased to twenty (20) feet in width. Additional width may be required for depths over eight (8) feet. The PUE shall be located on one (1) lot instead of straddling property lines.

(B) A one (1) foot easement prohibiting vehicular access to and from arterials and collectors from rear yards of a double frontage lot shall be required. (Ord. No. 2008-12, §§ 1, 2, 9-16-08. 1976 Code § 12-3-8)
