Prior to construction or grading, the owner shall provide a financial guarantee in the form of the assurances of construction as set forth in Section 17.15.050(B)(12). Erosion and sediment control shall be included in the cost estimate for the primary project, such as land division or site plan, and included in that project’s performance guarantee. (Ord.
